I like caring for the residents and getting the best outcomes for them.
What relationships have you formed at work (with team or residents)?
I’ve made some good friendships with team members that I would never have met if I didn’t work here and being from Dimboola, I knew most of the residents since I was a little girl.
What’s a memory you’d like to share from your time in aged care?
Lots of great memories and I wouldn’t single one out.
