Why do you love working in aged care?
I love the residents and the people I work with.
What relationships have you formed at work (with team or residents)?
I have great relationships with the residents. They are a lot of fun and quite interesting people when you spend the time to get to know them.
What’s a memory you’d like to share from your time in aged care?
The rapport you build with the different residents. I have a favourite here – a retired truck driver who’s quite funny and a couple of the ladies in particular, that I find very interesting.
