Why do you love working in aged care?
I love being able to support residents and their families to have quality of life for their time in aged care. Being able to make a resident smile and being able to support them to achieve their wish is an amazing feeling.
What relationships have you formed at work (with team or residents)?
The team that I have around are like family, it is so important to have a close supportive team to work with, as no one can achieve anything by themselves.
What’s a memory you’d like to share from your time in aged care?
There’s so many – lots of positive and caring memories that provide so much job satisfaction that I have never experienced working in any other field.
