I love to be able to enhance the lifestyle opportunities for the residents.
What relationships have you formed at work (with team or residents)?
I’m a happy and friendly person and have formed relationships with all staff and residents. I’m a big team player.
What’s a memory you’d like to share from your time in aged care?
We have lots of special moments – in particular I enjoy the ‘special event’ afternoon teas such as Mother’s Day and Australia Day etc.
